Note: We are located on the left end of the shopping center in a separate building from the retail store fronts that face the street. We do not face the street. Our shop faces the retail spaces and it back near the gate to the storage facility.

We use three lasers for our engraving: two CO2 lasers and one fiber laser. Our CO2 lasers are Thunder Laser brand, including a Thunder Laser Nova 24 and a Thunder Laser Nova 63. You can learn more about them at ThunderLaserUSA.com. Our fiber laser is a 30-watt OM Tech laser, which is great for engraving metals like jewelry and stainless steel.

We accept .jpg, .png, .dxf, .pdf, and .ai files, preferably in black and white. If you don't have these file types, we can often convert your file for you. Conversion costs range from $50-$150, depending on the complexity. We'll give you an estimate after reviewing your materials. Conversions usually take 3-5 days.

We use a CO2 laser that can cut and engrave a wide range of materials, including plastics*, wood, paper, fabric, acrylic, rubber, and cardboard. Our CO2 laser can also engrave on glass, ceramic, stone, uncoated metals**, and powder-coated metals like anodized aluminum or powder-coated stainless steel. If you have a material in mind that you don't see listed, please ask! Our fiber laser can engrave on most metals, including jewelry, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, titanium, and more. However, we cannot cut metal with this laser. *Items containing certain chemicals, like PVC, can damage the machine and harm the operator's health. **Uncoated metals can only be marked using a special chemical, which may incur an additional charge.

Because all our items are personalized, we can't accept returns except in these cases: 1. If we make a mistake, we'll correct it with a replacement. 2. If items are damaged during shipping. 3. Note: Client-provided items are not guaranteed. Please report any issues within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, at this time we're not engraving firearms. If this changes in the future, we'll post it on our home page.
