We use a CO2 laser, which can CUT and ENGRAVE the widest range of materials, such as plastics*, wood, paper, fabric, acrylic, rubber and cardboard. Our CO2 laser can also ENGRAVE on glass, ceramic, stone, uncoated metals** and powder coated metals such as anodized aluminum or powder coated stainless steel. If you don’t see the material you have in mind, PLEASE ASK! Our FIBER laser can ENGRAVE on most metals. This laser is designed specifically for engraving metal such as, jewelry, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, titanium, and many more. We cannot, however, cut metal with this laser. * Items that contain certain chemicals, like PVC, can cause damage to the machine and harm to operators health. ** Uncoated metals can only be “marked” using a special chemical which may incur an additional charge.

We have three lasers. Two C02 lasers, and one Fiber laser. Our Co2 lasers are Thunder Laser brand. You can find more at ThunderLaserUSA.com. We have a Thunder Laser Nova 24 and a Thunder Laser Nova 63. Our Fiber laser is a 30 watt OM Tech laser. This laser is primarily for engraving metals, like jewelry, stainless steel, and the like.

We can accept .jpg, .png, .dxf, .pdf, and .ai files. If you don't have any of those file types, don't worry, we may be able to convert your file. Often, we can convert your low resolution files to the file type we need. Sometimes it is a simple conversion, and sometimes we have to completely redraw your logo. The charge to do this varies with the materials you send us, but typical conversions cost will be somewhere between $50-$150 for us to enhance the artwork provided. Once we are able to review the materials that you provide, we will give you an estimate for the work. For us to covert your artwork, it takes about 5-7 days.
